Question 1

How do I apply for this home?

Accepted Answer

Create an account on KöKoll. You'll then see the landlord and address and can continue to the application. With KöKoll premium you can apply directly in KöKoll with one click.

Question 2

Do I need to be in a queue to apply?

Accepted Answer

Most homes are handed out by queue time, so you need to be in the landlord's queue. Some homes are first come, first served or by lottery, and then queue time doesn't matter.

Why are the landlord and address hidden?

Accepted Answer

The landlord and address are shown once you've created an account.

Question 4

What if the home is already taken?

Accepted Answer

When a home is no longer available it's removed from KöKoll. Create an account to see all available homes from your queues.
