Here you have the chance to live a social life, close to student life, the university, and exciting activities. If you are new to the city, you will quickly meet new people! Did you know that all our student accommodations are rent-free during June and July? You only pay rent for 10 months a year. This accommodation is a student room in a corridor. The room has its own bathroom and is rented unfurnished. It features a private refrigerator and the option to place a microwave. On each floor, there is a shared kitchen and lounge area where you and your corridor friends can cook and socialize. A shared freezer is available in the kitchen, and you will also have your own cupboard to store your kitchen utensils. Heating, water, electricity, and 100/10 Mbit internet from Bredband2 are included in the rent. Additionally, a basic package of cable TV channels from Sappa is included. All you need to start surfing is a network cable. If you want to surf wirelessly, you will need to get your own wireless router. If you want other broadband services, you can freely choose from Karlstad's El- and Stadsnät's wide range of internet, telephony, and TV services. Located in northern Kronoparken, Campus is a residential area primarily consisting of student accommodations. Here, you live in a youthful area with a lot of life and movement, where the university is a central hub. There is both a pizzeria and a convenience store in the area, and within walking distance, you will find Kronoparken's center with a rich service offering in the form of shops, restaurants, and a library. There are also pharmacies, healthcare centers, and dental care nearby. Campus has good bus connections that quickly take you into the city or further to both Bergvik and IKEA. If you prefer cycling, there are good bike paths connecting the area with the rest of Karlstad.
