Any alterations or additions made by the previous tenant in the apartment or on its patio will be restored during the new rental process. The same applies to any other equipment and furnishings that do not belong to LKF. Please note that the apartment may differ from the above description upon moving in. PARKING IN THE AREA There is no parking space or garage included with the apartment. Currently, there is high demand for available spaces, so there is no guarantee of a spot before moving in. All available spaces are published on our website and offered based on the highest queue points. Spaces are only rented out to residential tenants in the area. Priority is given to one space per apartment, meaning those without a space currently will be prioritized over those who already have one. You can find available spaces here.
