Above the church lies Tallgatan 12, an area comprising 24 apartments distributed across two buildings. Here, you will find apartments of varying sizes, ranging from 1 to 3 rooms and kitchen, all featuring a balcony. Twelve of the apartments were renovated in 2019, giving them a fresh and modern feel. That same year, new windows were installed in all apartments, and in 2020, new security doors were added for enhanced safety. Residents have the option to rent engine heaters, providing a practical solution during the cold winter months.
