The apartment boasts bright walls and a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom is fully tiled in gray and white and includes a shower and toilet. The apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser, creating a comfortable and functional living environment. Please see the pictures for more details. In the basement, there are laundry facilities and a gym with a sauna that can be booked for free, providing extra convenience. Parking spaces are available for rent right next to the property. Please note that June and July are rent-free if you have rented your accommodation for at least 10 previous months. If the rental period is less than 10 months but more than 5 months, July is rent-free.
