This is a youth apartment available for those aged 18 to 25. You can, of course, continue to live here even after turning 25. The apartment is rented out with a short-term contract valid for 1 year, with the possibility of extension for one year at a time, up to a maximum of 4 years in total. Please note that extensions cannot be guaranteed, so you should be prepared for the rental period to potentially be only 1 year. The notice period is 3 months, and you retain your queue points.
