Additionally, it is important to have good housing references, either from ongoing or previous first-hand contracts, or from a landlord who has approved a second-hand contract. The number of people in the household should be in reasonable proportion to the size of the apartment. It is also a requirement that the applicant or a representative has attended the viewing of the apartment in order to accept a designated object. If the applicant already has housing, it is required that a rental contract is terminated or that sales documents for a villa or condominium are available before a new contract can be signed.
