Any pictures inside the accommodation are example images. In some cases, viewing of the accommodation cannot be carried out, and we refer to pictures on our website as well as to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you already stay with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have a notice period and thus risk receiving double rents. Electricity and hot water costs will be added to the rent. A standard consumption fee will be included in the total rent on your rental agreement. SGS will charge you according to standard consumption for the first two months and thereafter only charge you for the actual consumption. You should not sign your own electricity contract.
