After signing the agreement, you retain your queue time, which gives you security in your housing situation. The room is intended for only one person and is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is fair and reasonable. If you already live with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please note that you have a notice period and may risk receiving double rents during a transition period. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during these months. From August 1, the rent will switch to a 10-month charge, meaning you will pay the advertised rent. If you choose to stay in the accommodation for the following year, June and July will be rent-free months.
