If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. Electricity and hot water costs will be added to the rent. A standard consumption fee will be included in the total rent on your rental agreement. SGS will charge you according to standard consumption for the first two months and thereafter only charge you for the actual consumption. You should not sign your own electricity contract. Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment. To accommodate these wishes and create a good living environment, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, in communal areas, and on balconies and patios. Smoking is also not permitted outdoors in the immediate vicinity of the property.
