During the autumn, we will carry out relining work on the main sewage pipes in the building. The work will take place from week 38 to week 50. During this period, access to water may be limited. Each apartment will be affected to varying degrees for approximately three weeks. The area is pleasant, green, and family-friendly. Any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewing cannot be carried out, and we will refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. After signing the agreement, you keep your queue time. If you are already living with SGS and apply for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From 1 August, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
