In the rental relationship between SGS and the property owner, SGS is not responsible for repairs or maintenance in the buildings or apartments. Instead, SGS forwards fault reports to the relevant property owner, which may lead to longer processing times than if you lived in an apartment owned by SGS. Many of the buildings in this area were constructed in the 1960s and 70s, which means that the condition of the apartments may vary. Therefore, we believe it is of utmost importance that you attend a viewing before accepting a home in this area. A yes answer is binding, and standard notice periods apply. Any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewings cannot be conducted; in such cases, we refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association.
