There are smooth connections to central Gothenburg via tram. To be approved as a tenant, your total annual income (before tax) must be three times the annual rent. You also need to have income from employment. The foundation has an income ceiling of 533,760 kronor per person per year (2026 levels). This means that you can earn a maximum of 44,480 kronor per month to be approved as a tenant with us. Please read more here.
