The 10-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months—it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. **Rent Adjustment** Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which results in a rent increase. A full kitchen is also available on the same floor, shared with 9 other apartments. Two students without children are allowed to share this apartment.
