**Rent** The rent is approximately 5625 kr (Rental rate for 2026). Electricity, heating, internet connection, warm water, tap water with drinking quality, and furniture are included in the rent. _Please note!_ The rent is invoiced for 10 months per year, which means you will not receive any invoices for June and July. The 10-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months—it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. **Rent Adjustment** Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which will result in a rent increase. These adjustments are made annually and take effect at the beginning of the calendar year. A full kitchen is also available on the same floor, shared with 9 other apartments. Two students without children are allowed to share this apartment. Available move-in dates for the spring semester are: * January 1st * January 18th * February 1st While we do our best to match your preference, we cannot guarantee availability for the selected date.
