**Rent** The rent varies from 4100 kr to 5300 kr (Rental rate for 2026). The 10-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months—it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. **Rent Adjustment** Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which results in a rent increase.
