**Rent** The rent varies from 3300 kr to 3700 kr (rental rate for 2026). Electricity, heating, internet connection, warm water, drinking quality tap water, and furniture are included in the rent. _Please note!_ The rent is invoiced for 10 months per year, which means you will not receive any invoices for June and July. The 10-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months—it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. **Rent Adjustment** Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which results in a rent increase. These adjustments are made annually and take effect at the beginning of the calendar year.
