**Rent and Included Costs** The rent is approximately 5100 kr (rental rate for 2026). This includes electricity, heating, internet connection, hot water, drinking-quality tap water, and furniture. _Please note!_ The rent is invoiced for 10 months per year, meaning you will not receive any invoices for June and July. This 10-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months; it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. **Rent Adjustment** Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which results in a rent increase. These adjustments are made annually and take effect at the beginning of the calendar year.
