The rent includes heating and water, while the tenant is responsible for setting up electricity and internet subscriptions. It is important to note that July and August are rent-free months. Please note that the rental period cannot start with a rent-free month. If the contract is signed starting in July, July and August will not be rent-free. The notice period is three months.
