APARTMENT LOCATION The apartment is located on the ground floor, level 1 of 3, with a lovely southwest-facing patio. Please note that there is no elevator in the building. THE APARTMENT Inside the apartment, you will find linoleum flooring in the hallway and vinyl flooring in the kitchenette. The bedroom and living room feature parquet flooring. The bathroom is fully tiled and was renovated in 2018, equipped with a shower. A top-loading washing machine is included as standard in the apartment and is accounted for in the specified rent. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement. Please note that it is not possible to install a dishwasher in the apartment. RENT Heating is included in the rent, but hot water is billed separately. Please note that household electricity is not included in the rent and will be billed through the electricity company. PARKING SPACE There is no parking space or garage included with the apartment. Currently, there is high demand for available spaces, so there is no guarantee of a spot before move-in. All spaces are published on our website and offered based on the highest queue points. Spaces are only rented out to residential tenants in the area.
