To be approved as a tenant, your total annual income (before tax) must be three times the annual rent. You also need to have income from employment. The foundation has an income ceiling of 533,760 SEK per person per year (2026 level). This means that you can earn a maximum of 44,480 SEK per month to be approved as a tenant with us. Note that you should state your income per year, before tax and without overtime pay, etc. You must also fill in who your employer is (i.e., where you work, not your immediate supervisor) before submitting an expression of interest. Individuals who leave the Employer and Annual Income fields empty will be sorted out directly in our selection process. If there are two adults, you should add each other as co-applicants; remember that both need to fill in information about their annual income and employer. Our apartments are rented out in their current condition, and some wear and tear may occur. If you as an applicant proceed in the process and become eligible for an offer, we will invite you to a physical viewing. We have viewing requirements for all our apartments. This means that you need to attend the viewing to be able to sign a contract for the apartment. If you cannot attend yourself, you can send someone else in your place.
