This means that you can earn a maximum of 44,480 SEK per month to be approved as a tenant with us. Please note that you should state your income per year, before tax and without additional compensation, etc. You also need to fill in who your employer is (i.e., where you work, not your immediate supervisor) before submitting an expression of interest. Individuals who leave the Employer and Annual Income fields blank will be sorted out directly in our selection process. If there are two adults, you should add each other as co-applicants. Remember that both need to fill in information about their annual income and employer. It is sufficient to apply for the apartment from the profile with the most queue days. The moving-in date is December 15, 2026, and the rent is 9,462 SEK (2026 level). Our apartments are rented out in their current condition, and some wear and tear may occur. If you as an applicant proceed in the process and become relevant for an offer, we will invite you to a physical viewing. We have viewing requirements for all our apartments, meaning that you need to attend the viewing to be able to sign a contract for the apartment.
