The floor plan may differ from reality. In Fornborgen, located in the Frösödal district on Frösön, there are both individual apartments and corridor rooms. We offer over 200 apartments, where the lower two-story buildings contain regular apartments and the higher five-story buildings primarily house student apartments. In the student apartments, household electricity, water, and heating are included. Additionally, a basic package of TV channels and internet with speeds of 100/100 Mbit/s via Telia is included in the rent for all student apartments. For the apartments on Fornborgsvägen 7-13, a ten-month lease applies, meaning that June and July are rent-free if you move in before March 1 of the same year. If you live in a furnished corridor room, a bed (excluding mattress), desk or table, chair, ceiling lamp, and bookshelf are included. The area is located just over three kilometers from central Östersund and offers proximity to water and natural areas. Nearby, you will also find grocery stores, restaurants, a health center, and a gym. Public transportation is good, and during the winter, it becomes even closer to central Östersund, as you can take a shorter walk on the ice.
