The stated rent refers to the rental level for 2026 and includes the base rent as well as all applicable supplements for your specific property. Always refer to the floor plan to see which floor the apartment is on, as the apartment's floor may vary depending on whether the entrance level is counted as floor 0 or 1. You should be registered for at least 15 higher education credits per semester (or equivalent).
