6 632 krUnfurnished student apartment, 10-month lease The student housing area Colonia is located in an unbeatable spot, just a two-minute walk from the lecture halls at campus and approximately 2.5 km from the city center. Here, you live close to both entertainment and everything you need for daily life. In the area, you will find AutoMat, an unmanned store open every day from 6 AM to midnight, Simons Bageri & Rosteri offering freshly baked bread and locally roasted coffee, as well as the gym FLX, which is open 24/7. Colonia also features study rooms, study lounges, a common room with board games, a sun terrace, barbecue areas, and a guest apartment. Campus Valla is just a minute away, providing more study rooms, libraries, and cafés. For leisure, there are plenty of student pubs in the vicinity, and Ågatan with restaurants and entertainment is just a short bike ride away. Nearby, you will also find grocery stores, burger restaurants, pizzerias, Campushallen – the large training facility for students – jogging paths, and even a golf course. Heating is included in the rent, but additional costs apply for your consumption of hot water and electricity. The rent covers the base rent and all applicable supplements for your specific property. This is always specified in your contract and on your rent invoice so you know what you are paying for. To be offered a student apartment, you need to meet our basic requirements and upload the correct documents on Mina Sidor. You can only be offered an apartment when all documents are complete and approved. For those who are already students (currently studying), you need to upload a registration certificate showing that you are registered for at least 15 higher education credits during the current term. If you are between two terms, the latest registration certificate applies. You also need a credit report showing if you have any payment remarks. The document must be no older than six months and should be in PDF format. For new students (who do not yet have a registration certificate), you need to upload your admission letter from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot) and a credit report. For those who are not yet admitted, upload the application certificate from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot) and a credit report. Please note that upon signing the contract, you are obligated to pay the rent regardless of whether you are admitted or not. If it becomes clear that studies will not commence, the contract should be terminated as soon as possible. We allocate apartments based on a combination of queue points and complete, valid documents. This means that you can get an apartment even if you do not have the highest queue points, if other applicants lack approved documents. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at colonia.student@byggvesta.se.
