You can only be offered an apartment when all documents are complete and approved. For those who are already students (currently studying): You need to upload: 1. Registration certificate – showing that you are registered for at least 15 higher education credits during the current semester. If you are between two semesters, the latest registration certificate applies. 2. Credit report – showing if you have any payment remarks. You can order this yourself through a service that offers credit reports. The document must be no more than six months old and should be in PDF format. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format, and the registration certificate should be obtained directly from Ladok. Please ensure you use the correct format and complete documents – this way, we can quickly approve your documents. For new students (who do not yet have a registration certificate): 1. Upload your admission notice from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot). 2. Also, upload a credit report. For those who are not yet accepted: 1. Upload the application certificate from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot). 2. Also, upload a credit report. Please note that upon signing the agreement, you are obligated to pay the rent regardless of whether you are accepted or not. If it becomes clear that studies will not commence, the agreement should be terminated as soon as possible. If you have been an exchange student in connection with your studies at LiU, you can upload the admission notice from that university if you do not have a registration certificate. We allocate apartments based on a combination of queue points and complete, valid documents.
