To be offered a student apartment, you need to meet our basic requirements and upload the correct documents on Mina Sidor. You can only be offered an apartment when all documents are complete and approved. For those of you who are already students (currently studying): You need to upload: 1. Registration certificate – showing that you are registered for at least 15 higher education credits during the current term. If you are between two terms, the latest registration certificate applies. 2. Credit report – showing if you have any payment remarks. You can order this yourself through a service that offers credit reports. The document must be no more than six months old and should be in PDF format. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format, and the registration certificate should be obtained directly from Ladok. Please ensure you use the correct format and complete documents – this way, we can quickly approve your documents. For those of you who are new students (who do not yet have a registration certificate): 1. Upload your admission letter from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot). 2. Please note that upon entering into an agreement, you are obligated to pay the rent regardless of whether you are admitted or not. We allocate apartments based on a combination of queue points and complete, valid documents. This means you can receive an apartment even if you do not have the highest queue points, if other applicants lack approved documents. The small three-room apartments, our so-called "friend apartments," are perfect to share for two friends; you each have your own private bedroom but share everything else.
