To be offered a student apartment, you need to meet our basic requirements and upload the correct certificates on Mina Sidor. You can only be offered an apartment when all certificates are complete and approved. For current students (ongoing studies): You need to upload: 1. Registration certificate – showing that you are registered for at least 15 higher education credits during the current term. If you are between two terms, the latest registration certificate applies. 2. Credit report – showing if you have any payment remarks. You can order this yourself through a service that offers credit reports. The document must be no more than six months old and should be in PDF format. All certificates must be uploaded in PDF format, and the registration certificate should be obtained directly from Ladok. Please ensure you use the correct format and complete documents – this way, we can quickly approve your certificates. For new students (who do not yet have a registration certificate): 1. Upload your admission notice from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot). 2. Also upload a credit report. For those who are not yet admitted: 1. Upload the application certificate from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot). 2. Also upload a credit report. Please note that upon entering into an agreement, you are obligated to pay the rent regardless of whether you are admitted or not. If it becomes clear that studies will not commence, the agreement should be terminated as soon as possible. If you have been an exchange student in connection with your studies at LiU, you can upload the admission notice from that university if you do not have a registration certificate. We allocate apartments based on a combination of queue points and complete, valid certificates. This means you can get an apartment even if you do not have the highest queue points, if other applicants lack approved certificates.
