The property is rented out under a demolition contract without security of tenure. The landlord has the right to terminate the contract with three (3) months' notice, for instance, if the house is to be renovated or rebuilt. It is important to note that you do not have the right to another residence during or after the renovation. If you are living with Kalmarhem, a notice period of three (3) months always applies to your current rental agreement.
