Our single rooms are intended for one person only, and each room has a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washbasin. Please note that those who share a group kitchen are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning, while a weekly cleaning of free bench surfaces and floors is included in the rent. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and may risk receiving double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation in the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
