The house is located in the leafy and culturally valuable Lorensbergs Villastad district, a stone's throw from Avenyn and Götaplatsen. From here, you can easily reach several of the university's faculties and public transport links. Here, SGS Studentbostäder offers single rooms with shared group kitchens as well as a number of smaller apartments with kitchenettes. A lovely garden runs around the property, which, together with the common terrace, creates good opportunities for the residents to socialize and spend time outdoors.
