The room is intended for only one person and is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use these kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that rents remain at a reasonable level. If you already live with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please note that you have a notice period and therefore risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, meaning you will pay the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
