Sporty student vibe at the old regiment Welcome to a unique accommodation with a sporty student feel located at the old regiment. Here, you will find a lively atmosphere that is perfect for students seeking an active lifestyle. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are example images. In some cases, viewings of the apartment may not be possible, and we will then refer you to pictures on our website and to the floor plan for a clear representation of the property. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset, giving you a fresh start in your housing situation. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring fair conditions for all tenants. For those already living with SGS and looking for another accommodation, remember that you have a notice period and risk incurring double rents during this time. Curious about the area?
