Our single rooms are intended for one person only, and each room has its own bathroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please be aware that you have a notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you remain in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
