In some cases, viewings of the room cannot be conducted, and we then refer to pictures on our website as well as the floor plan to provide a clear picture of the accommodation. After signing the agreement, you keep your queue time, which gives you security in your housing situation. Our single rooms are intended for one person only and are equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent remains reasonable. If you already live with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, remember that you have a notice period and thus risk receiving double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, meaning the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
