After signing the agreement, you retain your queue time, which gives you an advantage in future housing applications. Our single rooms are intended for one person only and are equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that rents are fair and reasonable. If you already reside with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please keep in mind that you have a notice period and may risk incurring double rents during the transition period. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, meaning you will pay the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
