The student village in the big city offers a unique living experience for students. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are example images. After signing the agreement, you retain your queue time, providing you with security in your housing situation. Our single rooms are intended for one person only and feature a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is reasonable and fair. If you already live with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and thus risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
