Our single rooms are intended for one person only and are equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have a notice period, which means you may risk receiving double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
