It includes a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people. Those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please keep in mind that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
