The Student Village in the big city offers a unique living experience for students. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are example images. In some cases, viewings of the rooms cannot be conducted, and in such cases, we refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. After signing the agreement, you retain your queue time, which provides you with security in your housing situation. The rooms are intended for only one person, and each room has its own bathroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is fair and reasonable. If you already live with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please be aware that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. Starting from August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
