The buildings, completed in 2015, are 2-3 stories high and equipped with elevators. Please note that this is a smoke-free property! Both the apartments and balconies/outdoor areas, as well as shared spaces such as laundry rooms and stairwells, are smoke-free. The property offers open fiber and Internet/TV services that can be subscribed to via Zmarket. Tenants are responsible for signing their own electricity contracts with Vattenfall. Cold and hot water are not included in the rent; these costs are added to the rent through Haninge Bostäder. The gate opens with a key fob 24/7, and storage is included either inside the apartment or in a separate storage room.
