Since the condition of the housing can vary, we would like to emphasize that it is especially important to inspect the accommodation you have been offered before you respond with a yes and accept. In each corridor, there are 4 single rooms and a group kitchen. The two bathrooms that are also in the corridor are shared between two tenants. It is the tenants who are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning of the common areas. SGS Studentbostäder is responsible for a weekly cleaning of floors and free countertops in the kitchen as well as cleaning of laundry rooms and other common areas in the property. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and thus risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you remain in the accommodation the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
