Our single rooms are intended for only one person and are equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning, creating a pleasant and clean environment. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring fair conditions for all residents. If you are already living with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, remember that you have a notice period and thus risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, meaning the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following year, June and July will be rent-free months.
