The area is pleasant with an outdoor environment that invites socializing, featuring barbecue areas, an outdoor gym, and lovely grassy spaces to relax and study. There are also plenty of opportunities for activities such as billiards, ping pong, ceramics and carpentry workshops, painting studios, and weaving rooms. Residents also have access to a sauna. Within walking distance, you will find a larger grocery store, gym, Thai restaurant, and pizzerias. Between 2021 and 2023, a major renovation was carried out at Studiegången 6-7 and 13-19. Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment, and to meet these desires and create a good living environment, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, in communal spaces, and on balconies and patios. Smoking is also not permitted outdoors in the immediate vicinity of the property.
