The Student Village in the big city offers a unique living opportunity for students. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are example images. After signing the agreement, you retain your queue time, providing you with security in your housing situation. Our single rooms are intended for one person only and come with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and washbasin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent remains fair and reasonable. If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following year, June and July will be rent-free months.
