Our apartments are rented out in their current condition, and some wear and tear may occur. If you, as an applicant, proceed in the process and become eligible for an offer, we will invite you to a physical viewing. We have viewing requirements for all our apartments, which means that you need to attend the viewing to be able to sign a contract for the apartment.
