The agreement runs on a month-to-month basis with a one-month notice period for both parties. The planned construction start is in the fall of 2020 - 2021. The apartment offers several amenities, including broadband services via fiber network and individual measurement of household electricity and hot water. The kitchen is equipped with a 60 cm installed dishwasher, a front-loading washing machine, and a combined fridge/freezer. For security, there is a security door and a range hood installed. Apartment maintenance is managed by the property owner through FLU (Property Owner Controlled Apartment Maintenance). Additional amenities include a towel warmer, shower wall, and induction cooktop.
