The room has a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. Communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people. Those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you already stay with SGS and apply for another accommodation, note that you have your notice period and risk receiving double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From 1 August, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
