It includes a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washbasin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people. Those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation in the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
