In each corridor, there are 4 single rooms and a shared kitchen. The two bathrooms in the corridor are shared between two tenants. Tenants are collectively responsible for the daily cleaning of the common areas. SGS Studentbostäder is responsible for weekly cleaning of floors and free countertops in the kitchen, as well as cleaning of laundry rooms and other common areas in the property. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
